Nordic Walking- Day course

They receive a first introduction to the technology of the Nordic Walkings. In addition count also relaxation gymnastic & progressive muscle relaxation. Heart-frequency-oriented Nordic Walking route in different Performance classes route length 5 km -10 km - or 15 km.

The minimum handicap course

The object of this course is to achieve the minimum handicap. After passing the German Golf Association minimum handicap test, the real golfing can begin.  Only valid in conjunction with an overnight stay at the Dorint Seehotel & Resort Bitburg/South Eifel.

Including:

• 16-hour golf instruction
• 1 x 9-holes on the golf course, minimum handicap test included
• 1 practice evening with subsequent theoretical test,
• Video analysis. Minimum 3/maximum 8 participants
• Lent clubs, range balls, range fee, trolley
